I created and implemented a business intelligence dashboard for the Southern Utah University Presidential Ambassador Organization. The dashboard is a cloud-hosted data visualization tool that displays metrics, key performance indicators, and trends within the organization. The data is collected through a weekly survey of team members. The dashboard dynamically updates keeping all team members up to date on team goals and key progress indicators. Specialized reports are generated for the executive council leadership team to drive leadership decisions. The custom reports help the executive team gauge the effects of leadership decisions on long-term culture and weekly climate within the organization. The survey data and dashboard continue to drive leadership decisions inside the Presidential Ambassador Organization.

Project Reflection
My project was an incredible opportunity for my personal and professional growth. I learned that I really enjoy data analytics and I have applied those skills and passion to my current occupation in an accounting firm. I felt much more educated in my role on the executive council and my project gave my fellow ambassadors insight into their work that they greatly appreciated. The greatest take away was a deeper understanding of the importance of personal and organizational culture.
